上海游玩攻略2日游
Day 1: Exploring the Bund and Old Shanghai
Shanghai, a vibrant city of China, has a plethora of attractions to explore. Our first day's itinerary included visiting the iconic Bund, a waterfront area in central Shanghai, and wandering through the Old Town's cobblestone streets.
The Bund is a famous tourist destination and the city's cultural and historical landmark. It boasts gorgeous skyline views of several skyscrapers, including the Oriental Pearl TV Tower and Shanghai Tower, two of the world's tallest buildings. We recommend visiting the Bund during the evening when the city's high-rises project stunning light displays.
The Old Town or "Shanghai's zhèngqú," is a picturesque area with traditional Chinese architecture that dates back to the Ming and Qing dynasties. A small fee is required for admission, but once inside, visitors can absorb themselves in the local culture and history by visiting a traditional tea house or souvenir shop.
Day 2: Visiting Modern Shanghai
On the second day of our Shanghai trip, we spent time exploring the city's contemporary side. We visited the Shanghai Tower, one of the city's most recognizable structures, and then explored the People's Square, a vast public square surrounded by skyscrapers and shopping malls.
The Shanghai Tower is a must-visit attraction and offers breathtaking views of the city from its observation deck, which is open to visitors. The tower has several floors dedicated to shopping, dining, and entertainment, so you might want to allocate some time to explore these amenities before heading to the observation deck.
People's Square is a significant hub of the city and provides easy access to several important cultural institutions like the Shanghai Museum, Shanghai Grand Theater, and the Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Center. It is also home to some of the city's most significant shopping malls, including the Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Center, which offer various brands and food options.
Where to Eat
Since Shanghai is famous for its food culture, it's recommended to try some of the local cuisines during your stay. You can find numerous street food vendors offering xiaolongbao, a famous soup dumpling, and other local delicacies.
If you want to sit down at a restaurant, there's plenty to choose from in Shanghai. Yongfoo Elite, located in a luxurious villa, provides an excellent dining experience with stunning garden views. If you're looking for a more casual experience, try Din Tai Fung, which serves delicious dumplings and noodles.
In conclusion, Shanghai provides visitors with a range of unique experiences, from exploring the old world charm of the Old Town to embracing the contemporary side of the city's high-rises. Ensure you give yourself time to try the local cuisine and sit back to soak in the experience of the city's dynamic culture.
